Using this store

These terms apply to shopping with reigningchampqx. Use the site only for lawful purposes. To make a purchase, you must have the legal capacity required where you live, or use the store with the appropriate involvement of a parent or guardian. Provide accurate contact, delivery and payment information and keep any account credentials secure. Contact us if you believe your account has been used without permission.

Products and availability

Product pages describe the items offered, including the options, materials and other details available for that item. Read the description and select the intended size and options before ordering. Images and colours can vary with your display. Availability can change while an order is being processed; if we cannot supply an ordered item, we will contact you about an appropriate resolution, including a refund for an unavailable item.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). The order summary at checkout shows applicable discounts, taxes, shipping and the final amount before you place the order. Free Standard Shipping applies to Canadian delivery addresses. The payment methods available for your order are displayed at checkout. Choose one of the methods offered there. Orders, errors and cancellations

An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of the order information. We may need to check availability, payment or information needed to fulfil it. We may decline or cancel an order when it cannot be fulfilled, information is incorrect, a genuine pricing or listing error needs correction, or there is a reasonable concern about fraud or unlawful use. We will communicate an issue and any proposed correction; a material change to an order will not be imposed without your agreement. Payments for items we cancel are refunded to the original payment method.

If you want to change or cancel an order, contact us promptly with the order number. We will check whether this is still possible before dispatch. This process does not restrict any statutory cancellation rights. We aim to keep listings accurate and correct errors when identified; your mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Orders are normally processed in 1–2 business days. After dispatch, Standard Shipping is estimated to take 4–6 business days. The normal total estimate is 5–8 business days from ordering to delivery; this is the combined estimate for processing and transit, not an additional stage or a guaranteed arrival date. Business days exclude weekends and applicable holidays. See the Shipping Policy for full delivery information. Eligible unused items in their original condition and packaging can be returned or exchanged within 30 days after delivery. We pay approved, eligible return shipping through a prepaid label or equivalent free arrangement and charge no restocking fee. After we receive your return and complete our review, we process an approved refund within 10 business days to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post it; that timing varies by provider. The Refund Policy also explains damaged, defective, incorrect and incomplete orders.

Prohibited activity and intellectual property

Do not use the site to commit fraud, submit unlawful material, interfere with security, misuse another person's information or infringe intellectual property rights. Site content and brand materials may be protected by their respective owners' rights. Browsing or purchasing does not transfer ownership of those rights.

Shopify and other third parties provide services used by this store. Their services may have their own applicable terms. Links to other sites are provided for their stated purpose and do not remove our responsibilities to you. Our Privacy Policy explains information handling and privacy choices.

Responsibility and your rights

We take reasonable care in providing this store and addressing order problems. The site may occasionally be unavailable, and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that every display is error-free. Any limitation on responsibility applies only to the extent permitted by law. We do not exclude liability or statutory guarantees where exclusion is prohibited, require you to waive mandatory consumer rights, or remove remedies for defective or misdescribed goods. This 30-day return policy is a service offered by this store. It does not limit any mandatory rights or remedies available under applicable Canadian consumer law, including rights relating to defective or misdescribed goods.

Applicable law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the applicable federal laws of Canada, subject to any mandatory protections and rights available to you under the laws that apply where you live. Nothing here requires you to give up a statutory remedy or a court or complaint process available under those laws. We may update these terms for future use of the store. An update does not retroactively remove the rights attached to a purchase already made.
